Senior Accountant

Responsabilities as Senior Accountant – financial services/banking

• Monitoring and recording in the accounting software, all documentation regarding at: internal and external suppliers, internal and external customers, intercompany transaction, fixed assets, amortizations and depreciations, inventories, provisions, etc;
• Monitoring and recording treasury operations: cash register and bank statements in local and foreign currency;
• Keeping the payroll in the software and following any others issues regarding the HR area;
• Following the collections from debtors and booking them into software; following the execution costs and booking them on the debtors;
• Ensures that all transactions are correct and timely accounted and in accordance with the Group’s policies and deadlines;
• Preparing and submitting in due time all tax returns for Romanian authorities (for the company and all its subsidiaries);
• Assisting the CFO in the Monthly Reporting Package to the Group, for the company and all its subsidiaries: Balance Sheet, P&L, other Appendixes;
• Keeping accounting documents for all financial transactions, ensuring the achieving of documents, according to legal periods;
• Assisting internal and external auditors during the audit process;
• Organizing annually inventory ;
• Taking the responsibility for the work, performing and acting to implement the rules and regulations of the Company;
• Ensuring the confidentiality of all information that occurs during activity in the Company.

Requirements:

• University degree – Economics: Finance, banks, insurance
• English – advanced level
• Ability to record correct and in due the documentations
• Stress management skills
• Logical thinking
• Willingness to cooperate in a team
• Good communication skills
• Ability to analyze and evaluate information.
