Job Summary:
The Senior Financial Controller will play a key role in providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate financial projections.
- Analyse financial performance and identify trends, variances, and financial risks.
Internal Controls and Compliance:
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
Strategic Financial Guidance:
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and business decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to evaluate financial impacts of new projects or initiatives.
System and Process Improvement:
Lead the implementation of financial systems and tools to enhance reporting and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Master´s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills.
